Shiny & Clean Model 73000

Do you prefer hand made goods or mass produced products? To me, this seemed like an irrelevant question until last week. My friend and I were at an outdoor fair with food, crafts, herbs, jewelry and more. We were enjoying the beautiful weather when we stopped at a tent filled with silver and copper hand-made jewelry. It was exquisite! I was in awe of how a person could carve such intricate details into silver, but my friend, after we left, told me she would never buy something that was so one-of-a-kind.

I don’t think I’ll ever understand her reasoning! Working at Chase, with its manufacturing facility located right on premise, has made me value a hands-on approach to manufacturing doors. Each door can be customized to fit every customer’s needs. While the doors are no intricately-cut silver pendants, there is one shiny door that has recently caught my attention with its special qualities.

The Saino Sliding Service door Model 73000, with its shiny, stainless steel hood and face sheets, is custom-made for customers with some of the highest requirements in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries.

The Model 73000’s stainless steel face sheets wrap around the door, eliminating any “catch points” that make traditional doors difficult to sanitize. The close end sloped track hood is also stainless steel, easy to clean, and resists particle buildup. The door practically glistens with cleanliness!

In addition to its clean, shiny exterior, the door’s interior—including its motor operation, track system, floor guides and more—are all made here at Chase. With over 100 years of experience, Chase Doors and its Saino Model 73000 doors are both high quality, durable and reliable. Learn more here and continue to enjoy this summer!
